Welcome to my Markup Page! This is where I organize all the information about my publishers. I’ll keep their bestselling backlist catalogs here, terms, list of publishers/imprints, promos and more. This is also where I’ll organize my seasonal sell in. For the first time ever I’ll be selling in for THREE SEASONS (woo hoo!). Expect to have appointments (if you want!) with me according to the following schedule:
May/June/July - I’ll have Fall catalogs for all my publishers and will sell you their big fall lists during this time
Sept/Oct - my biggest publishers will have their Winter/Spring lists now. I’ll do phone appointments here.
Jan/Feb/March - I’ll have Summer catalogs for my big pubs and Spring for my smaller folks. Traditional visits again.

Welcome to my corner of Harper! I've coined the phrase "Harper Nashville" to describe these two divisions of Harper that I represent. While editorially they are based in Nashville and operate independently, they do share Harper customer service & warehousing, so orders can combine and their terms are the same.
Spring 2025 Harper Nashville Omnibus

Orders can be combined with other Harper orders. Orders will combine with Harper terms, and will hold and ship with available Harper titles.
Event orders need to be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
45% for 10 units or more with free shipping and 30 day terms. Books will not ship until there are at least $100 net shippable.
Six promotions a year! Order backlist three times a year, anything pubbed in the previous year or older, $150 net minimum for 48% (+3%) and +30 days (total 60 days dating). And order frontlist three times a year for the same terms, on titles pubbing in the current year.

One pub I’ve already found not listed there but IS distributed by them is self-publisher BookBaby. Confusingly, Oxford University Press Children’s is distributed by IPG but not Oxford University Press.

I will present you their new titles, and you can either submit an order through me and I will send to Simon & Schuster, or you can add their titles to any Simon & Schuster order.
